GSI 39

The GSI 39 Auto Tymp provides a flexible screening product for tympanometry, acoustic reflex measurements and audiometry to meet your testing needs today and in the future. It is available in 5 different versions. Choose the features needed today and upgrade easily to the additional features as your needs grow in the future.

•    Tympanometry – 226 Hz:
            Ear Canal Volume (ECV)
            Compliance Peak (cm3)
            Pressure at peak of the tymp (daPa)
            Gradient (GR) in daPa (width of the tymp)

•    Tympanometry – 1,000 Hz:
        *    Admittance at +200 daPa (C1)
        *    Admittance at tymp peak (mmhos)
        *    Pressure at tymp peak (daPa)
•    Reflex results may be displayed and printed as:
        *    Reflex tracings and dB HL values
        *    dB HL values only
        *    Yes/No response
•    Maximum of 12 test results can be stored
•    Built- in printer available in all versions

        • Frequency    : 226 Hz +⁄- 2%
        • Intensity    : 85.5 dB SPL +⁄- 2.0 dB
        • Frequency    : 1 kHz Hz +⁄- 2%
        • Intensity    : 75 dB SPL +⁄- 2.0 dB
    Pressure:
    Range: +200 to -400 daPa
        • Accuracy    : +⁄- 10 daPa or 15%
        • Sweep Rate: 600 daPa/sec slowing to 200 daPa/sec near tymp peak - 226 Hz only
    Reflex (226 Hz probe tone):
        • Frequencies: 500, 1000, 2000, and 4000 Hz

    IPSI
        – 500 Hz: 80, 90, 100 dB HL, +⁄- 3 dB

        - 6000 Hz         -10 to 85 dB HL
        - 250 and 8000 Hz     -10 to 70 dB HL

    Tone presentation:
        • Continuous: Steady on when Present bar is depressed
        • Pulsed: 2.5/ sec ( 200 msec ON, 200 msec OFF)
        • FM (frequency modulated or warble tone): +⁄- 5%, 5 Hz
